Tabe Murka (Ethiopia)


This coffee takes name from the Murka river, from which the water used from its washing is drawn. Tabe Murka village has the particularity of having the ensät tree (a tree that fixes nitrogen in the soil and stores water in its leaves, very useful for hydrating coffee trees in times of drought).
