Cuzcatleco is another variety of coffee created in Salvadoran laboratory. More resistant to certain diseases due to climate change, it comes from the Sarchimor family. As a result, it is planted at a lower altitude for its better ability to fight disease. It is a bomb of flavors thanks to the natural process. Tropical fruits are omnipresent, a vinous side akin to the anaerobic process, and all coated with a silky texture.
